Agenda
We have designed a workshop specifically for you and your team to have all the necessary tools to strengthen your innovative business idea in water, sanitation & hygiene, or solid waste. In addition to engaging live broadcasts and workshops to enhance your business skills, you will have the opportunity to interact with each other and with mentors through fun team-building exercises and virtual networking sessions that closely resemble an in-person format.
Each team will individually enhance their existing business idea with the support of a facilitator and mentor, who will be available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM to provide guidance as needed. Other experts will also be available at predetermined times to answer questions and support you in developing innovative solutions to overcome water and sanitation provision challenges in Mexico.

Opening Sessions:
These are unidirectional sessions for all participants, held at the beginning of each day (Friday and Saturday), where the daily agenda will be shared, and there will be interventions from special guests.
Workshops:
Zoom sessions where a facilitator will host approximately 4 to 5 participating groups. The technical presentation will be conducted, the exercise to be performed will be explained, and any doubts will be clarified.
Participant Exchange Activities:
These activities will take place on Zoom and are designed to foster a collaborative and exchange environment among participants.
Teamwork with Guidance:
Once everything is clarified, the facilitator will allow participants to work in small Zoom groups on their own, but will be available throughout the session to answer questions. Experts will offer tutorials during specified time periods.

MANZIMAKERS: Pre-incubation bootcamp agenda
The in-person bootcamp, for 1 to 2 members of the winning teams (to be confirmed), will take place from September 9th to 12th in Cape Town. The agenda for the bootcamp will be shared at a later stage with the Challenge winners, but it will include theoretical and practical sessions to further advance the teams’ business model canvases, create initial financial plans for the company, plan the implementation of their prototypes, and connect with each other and other mentors in the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
